III Innovation Forum, 5 y 6 de noviembre
El consorcio europeo EIT Food pone en marcha por tercer año consecutivo el III Food Innovation Fórum que tendrá lugar los próximos días 5 y 6 de noviembre de 2020.
Esta edición 100% digital reunirá a reconocidos expertos del ámbito nacional e internacional que aportarán los últimos datos, avances y tendencias en Nutrigenómica, Inmunonutrición, Microbiota y Big Data e Inteligencia Artificial utilizando como eje transversal la nutrición personalizada y la innovación.
Abordarán de forma directa los retos que afrontan a la hora de combatir la Obesidad y la COVID-19 como principales pandemias ante las que nos encontramos en la actualidad.
El evento será punto de encuentro y foro de debate para expertos en Ciencia, Tecnología e Innovación, tanto del ámbito académico como de la Industria, dando la oportunidad a todos los asistentes de compartir conocimiento, establecer conexiones y obtener respuestas ante los desafíos diarios.
